Hey Ridgers!  In case you missed the announcements this past Sunday at the Ridge, here’s a little of what’s coming up in the coming days and weeks at The Ridge Community Church!

• This Saturday, we’ll be converging on Oak Ridge to give away free 9 Volt batteries to remind people to set their clocks back and change their smoke detector batteries.  If you would like to help out and pass out some batteries with us, meet us at the end of the Walmart parking lot in Oak Ridge at 8am!

• Speaking of changing your clock….don’t forget to “fall back” on Saturday night! Set your clocks back 1 hour!

• Sunday is going to be a new exciting day at the Ridge as we open up the 3rd room in the hotel to give us more worship space!  That’s right…they’ll be more space which means you have more opportunities to invite someone to the Ridge!  Get the word out!

• Sunday we’ll continue the series Urban Legends and talk about the myth that God will not put more on us than we can handle.  Didn’t know that was a myth?  Good…come hear why it’s just not in the bible, even though many people think that it is!

• In a few weeks, we’ll be starting a brand new series at the Ridge called Come Home.  It may be one the most important few messages/series we’ve done at the Ridge to date!  More info coming soon!

• As always, take advantage of the many easy ways we’ve provided for you to invite someone to the Ridge!  Use the Evite on the website, Facebook, our Facebook Invites (these go out on Fridays) or our Facebook fan page or by Twitter!
